Most of these woodlands were surveyed in 1891 by John Forbes, a forester from Farnham Royal near Slough. These per-woodland pages include Forbes’ 1891 survey (F), old Ordnance Survey maps (M), photographs (P), and videos (V). The number given is the acreage of the woodland when it was sold in the 1912, 1914, or 1917 estate sales. There may some duplicates due to alternative names being used in different sources.
