The Lodge Plantation south of the village of Muxton was Lot 252 in the 1917 estate sale and described as “A mixed plantation mainly Elm. This Plantation is situate in the immediate vicinity of the Village of Muxton” and was “in hand” rather than rented out at the time of the sale. The area was 3.6 acres.
